All companies should care about their customers as much as they do about their products, and Instant Housecall can help you deliver that quality customer support you're looking for.

This remote control tool works as a client-server application, installing the server side on your computer and asking your customers to install a small client app on theirs that they can use when they require your assistance. The first they ask for help your customers will have to launch a customized website (something like yourcompany.instanhousecall.com) and download the client, which they can save for later use. The client will connect to your server tool and you'll receive a desktop alert with the customer's call.

Once connection has been established you can actually remote control your customer's computer while chatting with them in real time, and help them solve any problem they may have. Though the connection is a bit slow (just as one would expect from a remote controlling app), it works perfectly well even through firewalls and Vista UAC system.

Instant Housecall provides you with the necessary tools to give your customers a better, faster and more reliable technical support through remote computer access.
